KnowGreece ("we", "us", "our") is a small team helping travellers discover the Greek island that best matches them. For any question about your personal data, contact us via our contact page.

• Quiz answers: the multiple-choice answers you give so we can match you to an island. No name or email is required to take the quiz.
• Order details: when you purchase an itinerary we collect your name, email, travel dates, group details and any preferences you share, plus billing information handled by our payment provider.
• Contact form submissions: your name, email and message.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information (e.g. user agent) needed to serve and secure the site.

• To generate your personalised island match and itinerary.
• To process your order and deliver your itinerary by email.
• To reply to your questions and provide concierge support.
• To improve the quiz and our recommendations.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling beyond matching you to an island.

We use only the essential cookies and local storage needed to run the site (for example, to remember your quiz answers between pages). We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers who help us run the service: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor for handling secure card payments, and our email provider for delivering your itinerary and replies. These providers act on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.

Quiz answers linked to an order are kept for as long as necessary to deliver and support your itinerary. Order and billing records are kept for the period required by applicable tax law. You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to retain.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our backend. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure — if you believe your data may have been compromised, please contact us immediately.

KnowGreece is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent version.
