Terms of Service

KnowGreece is a small team offering a free island-matching quiz, handcrafted digital itineraries, and optional concierge services such as hotel, experience and transport arrangements.

The island-matching quiz is provided for free, for personal, non-commercial use. Recommendations are informational only. Real travel decisions depend on many factors — please confirm ferry schedules, opening times, weather and local conditions independently.

• Each itinerary is handcrafted for you based on the details you share. It is delivered by email in PDF form, normally within 48 hours of receiving your order and completed brief.
• Content is provided for personal use. You may print and share the PDF within your travel party, but you may not resell it or republish it commercially.
• Recommendations reflect our best local knowledge at the time of writing. Restaurants close, boats change schedule and prices move — we do our best to keep our recommendations current, but cannot guarantee availability or pricing at third parties.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Prices are shown in Euros and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do not store your full card details.

• Before we start writing your itinerary: you can cancel your order for a full refund. Just email us as soon as possible.
• Once your itinerary has been delivered: because the work is bespoke and cannot be "returned", orders are non-refundable.
• If something has gone wrong with your itinerary, please contact us — we'll always try to make it right.

Concierge services (hotels, villas, sailing, transfers, tours, experiences) are arranged through carefully selected third-party partners. KnowGreece acts as an intermediary. The contract for those services is between you and the relevant provider, and their own terms, cancellation policies and liability rules apply. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or performance of third-party providers, but we will always advocate on your behalf if something goes wrong.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish our itineraries or content;
• submit false information or attempt to defraud us;
• use the site in a way that could damage, disable or overburden it, or interfere with other users.

All content on this site — including our quiz, island profiles, itineraries, text, imagery and design — is owned by KnowGreece or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, adapt or distribute it without our permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnowGreece is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our itineraries, including missed transport, closed venues, weather, injury or loss during your trip. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid itinerary is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
